Yeah, wasn’t under ur control but was ur drama, because I never knew about those “illegal monsters” that was way more old than me, so don’t try to clean urself because that was ur mess, when I got the account it was already clean and the reason why got banned is still unjustified but not my fault either.
Dont worry loki, its not you either i know the guy who leaked the code and did the whole drama and hes the same guy that deleted voidress either way we both are clean and it wasnt anne aswell

Glad to say we kept it respectful and come with clean results, if you are clean trust me the devs will help you out, If you are a cheater forget it

@Dev_VKC The intention of this thread is to serve as a guide and to compile the account ban discussions on the forum. We discussed it within the mod team and it should stay open for this purpose. There will be more account bans and questions in the future!

I agree, even if this topic will definitely produce heated discussions again in the future due to players frustrations, at least it is bundled here and doesn’t affect the other forum sections. We’ve merged lots of theads here already to keep the forum tidy. On top of that, we can refer to the guide in post #1 to save repeated explanations.
I also agree with VKC to lock the thread to cool down once in a while, if the heated up discussion get out of control.
I’ve already privately contacted certain members to keep aggression low and to translate the Spanish text to English.
I’ve received very positive feedback and good examples followed up.
I like to thank everybody for their contributions and participation in improving the forum, to keep it a better and more comfortable place for us all to be.

Hello my neo monster account got banned and I will explain why hoping that you can appeal it I come from jamaica and in this country we like to go the the country side from time to time before I went I ask my cousin to play for me and try to complete the game of hordes event for me because the area where I was headed had no wifi but while I was on my trip my cousin download a MOD!!! to complete the event I was so sad when I came back to see my neo monsters account banned he captured a super epic monster on my account he had unlimited cost and coins and with a damage multipleir he cleared the game of hordes event so I am asking you guys kindly if you could please please appeal my neo monsters account I already sent a appeal email to the devs but I wanted to contact you guys aswell
Since your account was used with modded software, there will be no way of unbanning it.
Please start a new account, there is unfortunately no other way.
Sir but pls I played most of the game without hacks and the one time I leave on a trip I lt got banned and it is recent too I came immediately after seeing my account banned

The developers will not allow account sharing and mod usage, so there is surely nothing you can do to get your account back.
Ah, the infamous ‘cousin’ that downloads mods makes a comeback! Never heard that one before 
The good thing is that you can recover your current level in probably 1-2 months and I suggest you save until 500 gems on the new account before spending anything so you can access all shrines!

Can someone help my friend… His accoutn cant be acees anymore and the game is forcing him to create a new account…jd1278 is his game name and he sent me an ss of him being force to create a new account after not playing the game for a few weeks…
