The free selling period to push the game again and again onto every price reduction list. The weak banner clarifications and paid/free gem counting that lead new players into spending more than initially thought. This are only some examples. Let’s also think about this when talking down users.

They are shut out and you don’t give them a satisfying solution, apart from tolerating VPN usage, which agreeable is, in combination with the free selling period, more than some other developers tolerate. Without news users, they game will fade, I’m not sure about the approximate playtime, but even a highly interested player is tired of most game content after 3 years maximum.
I agree to ban players if they modify game files or gain advantage with mod exploits. But every case should be handled with respect and a respond, that will set the player into the right knowledge why the ban is justified or not.

Sir,Not sure about PsX,but Minecraft allow users to manipulate game files because of existence of mods and addons which happens in terraria too and also minecraft and terraria can be played offline due to which mod apks are also allowed. If we try to do some illegal practices in servers of this games we will be banned from that server. Online games does not usually allow such practices for fair gameplay.Neo monsters is no other than that and I also think dev give proper reason before ban(If they complain in forum or email),its just that the player don’t want to accept his fault which extends the problem when its not .
