Sleep is an interesting attack
Sometimes is a killer and sometimes is completely useless. I’d like to know how it works in the game (sleep and sleep all). I’d like to know probability (so if I have time I can check if it is correct) and if probabilities are always the same or it depends of the event or of the target monster. I’m very curious
I’m very very c
Sleep all: 40% chance on each monster.
Sleep: 60% chance.
Potent Sleep: 75% chance.
Sleep Double: 50% chance on 2 monsters.
Probabilities stay the same and the duration is always the same. 320 seconds.
Sleep Grenade: sleeps to 100% & sacrifice last monster
Sleep 60%
Sleep all of SS and Sanctistag: maybe 50%
Sleep all of others: around 30%
Sleep potent: 75%
But in UC: I am sure they nerf the probabilities of sleep moves, especially when you face desperate double monsters that have purify and also sleep killers. This is a serious problem and it should be fixed soon.

Thx
It seems to change the higher you go in UC, at least for potent sleep…
Ill have battles where potent sleep misses 3 times in a row, and such not rarely…
At 800 i had matches that sleep (60%) missed 10 times a row. But more commonly, 5 misses a row happens very often for higher level in UC (lower alnost never). It really looks like theres a nerf for this.
Maybe a DEV could explain us better
When there’s more riding on Sleep being successful, it really tends to make your bad luck seem like terrible luck. But think about it, 60-40 is not far off at all from 50-50. You just have to be prepared for the fact that sometimes Sleep will miss. The bad breaks are just way more easily noticeable than the good ones. You might actually have way more successes than failures, but not even know it. It’s just how probability works. And I know 10 misses in a row is a terrible streak, but just consider how many sleeps all of us players hurl in the UC. With so many people going for it extreme misfortune is inevitable, it has to happen to someone. That’s just how probability works.
You probally right. Still however it seems to be more often in high levels. Maybe its more noticeable because i need 4 dreamhunts to kill a single monster, and every mistake/miss i make can cost me the match.
SS that does zero sleep should be about 13%. I find this situation too many times. I think that probabilities are SLIGHTLY uncorrect.
Again : I’d like to know how really sleep works in the game
Sleep all is 40% chance on each monster??
I really don’t feel this is right. Almost every island challenge I went with a sleep-dreamhunt team with 0-2 star monsters (before they changed it so we get stronger monsters). I was quite certain that the “sleep all” move they use has a 25% chance on each monster. The average hit was 1 in 4 with a common occurrence of it missing all enemies (about 1/3 of the time, a little under).
I’ve also got Solblaze which I use lots for its sleep revenge passive, dealing 40% chance of sleep on each enemy. This definitely felt like it was putting more enemies to sleep than those 0-2 star sleep all monsters.
After seeing Soulstealer lots in PvP and a few other stronger monsters with sleep all they seem to have a higher chance. I get the feeling that the weak monsters have one with 25% chance, stronger monsters have one with 30-40% chance and legendaries have one with 40% chance. I think everyone can agree how abusable the sleep all move is on Soulstealer and Sanctistag. They even have a nice 130TU while the 5* and below monsters get 200TU. I don’t think it’s just this lower TU which is the reason for why they can put all enemies to sleep nicely.
I can see why the Devs would make the weak monsters have a lower chance for sleep. Notice also how they ALL have “sleep all” rather than the other variants so it’s basically an unreliable low chance AoE move that can’t be easily abused. Stronger monsters I can’t be sure about the chance because I haven’t tested them but I wouldn’t jump to assume they’re 40% and just longer TU than legendaries… 40% seems kinda high I’d have thought we’d see more people using them.
I think only soulstealer and stag have 40% for sleep all. Not certain though
Whenever you use a sleep all, it will tell you whther you should have used those four rare eggs or not
loled more than i expected. So that’s where my rare egg luck goes
