I bought 48 gems for leogisg fesgival, i didn get, ten days later i dont get my refund. I send several emails for thw refund with pay method, order number gpa play store and my gems arent in my count.
Pitiful. They took quick the money but the refund is much slower.
Honestly, google play/apple took and held the money. I guess they are waiting for apple/google to confirm the transaction and/or process the refund.
Anyway, I am just curious that how can you expect gems when you required a refund?

Have you been sending emails to shopsupport@zigzagame.net? That is the correct email.
What I would suggest is that you be patient as they may well not be able to refund you until your original payment has processed. Depending on payment method, Apple/GPlay will basically be holding until the payment comes through from your account.
