I payed ￥263 for 74-gems ,but when it returned successfully buying,the game crashed.Then I restart the game,but I found I had not recieved the 74-gems.

I can’t find any way to contect GM on the Neo Monsters APP,so I had to post it here.and my friend code is 94893056.

Send them a message in facebook if you can. You’ve spent too much, seasuc.

For me it would cost 5722 yen for 74 gems… (429 swedish kronor)

Check if you get the invoice of your payment or not. That would be an important evidence of your payment. When contact them with the email above, it would be better to attach it~~
