Lol it was pretty obvious since his name is “Kami” Wyrm. Not only does it Refer to Kami (which was the Namekian who was directly linked and responsible for the dragonballs on earth that summoned Shenron but Kami also means “God” in Japanese which Shenron was also considered to be.
Kamiwyrm was named Shenron in Dragon Island Blue, at least a mon that looked just like Kami
