Good day, mate. Sorry for any offense. For the future, posts like these are all fun and games. As someone who has developed a reputation for two things, liking HI and being anti-PtW, I sometimes make posts like this without meaning it. Of course, if the aggrieved party is offended, I have no issue with deleting the reply, but in this case DonT seems to have understood, or else ignored it. As for not having anything constructive to addâŚ
I think that the title is somewhat inaccurate. Even if the rng was broken(or the game sabotaged you for some reason), that is more an issue of fairness, not game health.
As for whether the rng being unbalanced, there was a 25% chance that it would do that. 6.25% if you say that which monster you didnât want to get targeted was random(which is not remotely how actual data analysis works but whatever). That isnât too low, considering that you are an active player, and that you probably deal with a lot of dr monsters, it isnât too unexpected.
Because you killed a dr monsters in a critical situation. Killing a dr monster was a gamble. Itâs not like they used death roulette and that happened to get a lucky hit. If you want to make sure that a monster doesnât die at a critical moment, donât make a move that has a 25% chanc or killing that monster DURING A CRITICAL MOMENT. On the other hand, if for some reason the only way for you to survive was to kill it, then that is just good playing on their part, followed by some bad luck on yours. Itâs a bit like playing Rock Paper Scissors twice in a row, losing both, and then complaining not that you lost twice in a row, but that you lost when you did. Timing isnât an issue in this case.
As for rng as a whole, this is pvp(I think), so there is honestly no reason for the game to cheat you. Unlike pve, where the computer is cheating the player, and there is at least some reason for them to do that and create artificial difficulty, I honestly canât imagine a reason why the game would make one person lose just for a different player to win. And before you get all conspiratorial about the devs sabotaging you, let me just point out that you are DonT. You make up about 98% of their income(up until a few minutes ago I wouldnât have thought that I needed to point out that this is an exaggeration). Why on earth would they want to make you mad? Tbh, at this point, I wouldnât be surprised if they cheated to help PtW players as an âextra perkâ, just to make an extra buck.
In conclusion, you just got slightly below average luck, which is nothing to make an entire thread over. It was timed poorly because of a bad decision on your part, not bad rng(I have no idea where you were going with that point), and the game has absolutely no reason to intentionally sabotage you. Given that you are lucky enough to be one of the top players in the world, it seems a bit ridiculous to make an entire thread complaining about how you got luck literally equivalent to having a coin land on the same side twice in a row. And if any mods say that this isnât adding to the conversation just because I disagreed with someone, then so be it.
Sorry that this ended up being so ranty, I just really feel like this thread was made for no real reason. Good night tri-state area.
Itâs all good, it was just a bit unnecessary to bring up the whale aspect in the first place. We had way too much p2w vs F2P in this forum in the past so thatâs why I turned it down before anybody else would jump on it. If I came across too rude, Iâd like to apologize

This is a much better reply than before and I decided not to ignore you anymore (I did only because your answer earlier was not worth, I donât like ignoring people).
So was a situation where my Voidress was going to be killed next by Deathwarg (he did already retrbute my void taking off the shield, so I had to kill him before he would retrbute me again).
But DR hit Void anyway, so my effort was worthless.
People who think DonT89 is 98 % of the games income are so sad.

It doesn´t change the fact that you actually think he is some relevant % of their income.
Why do you think that I think that? Looking at my earlier posts, I suggested an actual estimate that DonT spent a few thousand dollars. Now, a basic search shows that they made about 50k dollars in the month of February. Extrapolating that out, we get a total lifetime income of about 3 million. Therefore, based on my earlier post, you can assume that I think that DonT makes up about 0.1-0.05% of their total revenue(which averages out to .075%). And donât say that their revenue isnât profit or something because you specified income, which doesnât take expenses into account. Do some basic research before calling someone sad. Iâm not the one making stupid assumptions and ignoring obvious facts here.
