Yes thatā€™s unsurprising, after all itā€™s a mythic with boosted stats against a non-boosted monster with element disadvantage. The fact it can tank one hit after Protect Focus despite low HP is very surprising tho

Iā€™m practically sure that the awakened form kills him in one hit, in the second form it leaves him very weak

I canā€™t imagine a scenario where Iā€™d try to kill off a skeleviathan when I have focus/raw mons on the field

You do realize skeleviathan have gravity field which prevents Maeve from using 2 of her moves. Long as he on the field she is useless. Your only option is nullifying strike

Nullifying strike does a ton of damage so just use that. Sure, itā€™s enough to one shot a skeleviathan that used protect focus, but really only charged sweepers or mons like naā€™turgoul can do that.

But thatā€™s why I did bond quest for skeleviathan to entice stupid players to kill it first with shininess

Itā€™s not that much. It only one-shots the squishier legendaries, and thatā€™s with an awakened Maeve

No Iā€™m like 90% sure they buffed the damage somewhat recently, I used her a ton in the past and she is doing a significant amount more damage now than she was in the past.

I want to say itā€™s roughly 50% more? From like 2000 unboosted to nearly 3000 unboosted against shadow units. It mightā€™ve been an accident or an attempt to buff chode knight

Same, Iā€™ve seen Spikiestorrent doing damage in the 2500s to monsters like Revenarchion where it hardly reached 2000 damage before

maebeā€™s second form can kill an orca with the nullifying blow iā€™m sure the awakened form can kill pretty much any legendary
