Galliovern, Deodrake or Wrathengine? I am confused.
Wrathengine is pretty much the Bomb (no pun intended) for any PvE event you will play in. None of them are amazing for PvP, but out of the 3 Wrath and Galliovern are better for PvP imo, and Wrath is the best of the 3 for PvE, so I would go with Wrathengine.

Something to always consider when deciding who to ultra evolve is how much each monster has to offer already. Wrathengine already has blood clone and twin bomb, the cruxes of his game plan. Stealth teammate is nifty and helps make just enough time pass by that he can bomb without having been too much of a deadweight, but it’s not necessarily essential, especially in pve where you can skip to your heart’s content. Deo, meanwhile, is quite pathetic in his second form, hitting only 1 monster instead of 4. So even if Wrath is a better monster overall, Deo stands to improve more from ultra evo. Just something to think about.

Actually, Deodragon in 2nd form has both Energy Blast and Energy Burst! It hasn’t always been like that, but it appears to be so right now.
Aside from that, perhaps the best monster to Ultra-evolve would be either him or Galliovern: having him do Life Flip Unlimited, then somebody Give Turn to him followed by Swift Desperate All is a very powerful combo accessible only after Ultra-evolution.
