100% standing on this! Rules gift the opportunity for f2p and specially for new players to get the mostly part off PvP rewards. And SR are also funny to play, maybe not for top players, but they don’t use to play SR anyway so…7 days are fine ![]()
The special rule used to last 7 days, if I remember correctly, and suddenly they decided to extend it for 3 more days when the entire community, or a large part of it, had already complained about it. You’re saying they’re crying because they can’t use mythics? All the previous rules allowed the use of mythics; this is the first one, I think, where no mythics can be used at all, so that’s not the problem. I played the first 3 or 4 days of the rule and had fun, but then I got bored and it became repetitive. It would have been nice if it at least offered something, like trying out the mythic they released about two weeks ago, but even that’s not possible. So I’ll repeat the question you didn’t answer: what’s the point of doing something that half the community hates? Why?
He simply opposes things 99.9% of the time, even to the point of closing a thread and deleting messages. I’m sure he’s either a pay-to-win player or a Zigzagames employee.
Killerdog is finally taking down the whales, congratulations, that’s how it should be.
March 2026 = 10 days (no mythics)
February 2026 = 10 days (no stun)
January 2026 = 10 days (FL link + no union)
December 2025 = 7 days (12 SEs)
November 2025 = 7 days (5 myths, 173 cost)
October 2025 = 9 days (no entrance mythics)
September 2025 = 10 days (mythics all link)
Yes, that was literally the complaint being made which I responded to. I agree it’s very rare to not allow any mythics at all but it’s not the only time and many rules heavily restrict the mythic use. That’s also why I find it a bit silly for people to complain about it now… it’s quite commonplace and special rules should be something that creates a drastically different meta for some fun for a few days before it becomes normal again.
People throw around stats here like they’re politicians. I think something important to remember is you’re probably playing the game much more than others and having much stronger opinions. It’s very common to see forum users complaining about special rules becoming boring after a few days, but I would imagine that there are plenty (maybe most?) of players that enjoy having at least a week to play the special rule. If it was only for a weekend then I know I would almost never bother building a team to play it and I’m sure that would be true for many casual players.
I’ve warned you before about making ridiculous claims and spreading false/misleading information about people. It’s not the right way to engage here
Big spender or F2P, everyone is a person and should be treated equally. I’m not taking on anyone or picking sides… I just calling out when I think people are being silly or unreasonable. I ignore a bunch because I don’t want to pick fights, but Coltraz’s post was too juicy it drew me in.
I tried to dampen what I wrote by only making one small paragraph being against them then just factual things and a bit of reasonable non-aggravating logic
This special rule is quite boring and very long, but I won’t complain because I’ll just ignore it until it’s over.
It will give me more time to play other games. ![]()
Sure. Very juicy reply from someone who actually wants the game to live long.
Limiting every mythic for half the month is just counterproductive. Even the old one mythic rule was acceptable because you could still run things like F.D.s, Zephyr, or build around a single sweeper and make creative teams.
But blocking mythics entirely for two weeks just pushes players away. Especially the players who actually invest the most into the game.
So the real question is simple. Who actually benefits from this?
If I remember correctly, it’s been 7 days for a long time now. Maybe I’m wrong, but that doesn’t change the fact that if they can make it last 7 days, why make it last 10? When most people hate the rule, even 7 days seems like a lot to me, but it used to be 3 days less, during which you could already start playing normal PvP and testing your ranked teams.
the other gacha developer’s who i just opened my wallet for!
However much they restrict it, you can still use many mythics except in the one-mythic rule, I think that’s how it was, I don’t remember exactly, and I’m sure this is the first time you can’t use mythics in a rule in a long time. I’ve been playing for 3 or 4 years and I don’t remember seeing this rule before, so as I said, the problem isn’t not being able to use mythics, but the long duration of something that many hate and that drives away the people who keep the game alive.
Same!
But can’t they enjoy it in 4 or 5 days? It has to be 10. I’m sure they get bored after the first few days too. I wish it were just a few days like you say, but it’s not just a few days, it’s 10 days. It’s ridiculous. I’m complaining now not because it’s this non-mythic rule, but because I was hoping it would be 7 days this time, but it wasn’t.
Dev already said that it’s going to be for a few days next time. I think
, read previous messages from him.
I don’t going to keep waisting my time, you are right KD let’s keep having 10 days rules ![]()
Yes, it has been a long time. I’ve got screenshots of most restriction lists, which also show the special rule.
April 2022 and June 2023 had no mythics or legendaries.
February 2024 had 1 mythic allowed.
April 2025 had only monsters from the first 3 years allowed (i.e. no mythics).
So something close to it has happened a few times but not for ages.
Nope, your memory is failing you. It’s usually 10 days and has been for years. They do the Friday - Sunday with it spanning two consecutive weekends. I imagine most people play more on the weekends so it’s done this way for people to get more than just that first weekend to play it.
Your idea is very interesting, I just don’t agree that it can be changed for limited mythics, it would be great if they applied that strategy twice a year on the big and small anniversary and that it can only be changed for non-limited myths.
100% standing on this! ![]()
Madre mía todos los días pelean en cada thread al que entro WTF !???
I literally love the rules, it’s like a little escape window to the past, I adore them! But that doesn’t mean I don’t like limit and freestyle, but the rules are super dynamic and They’re fun, they force you to create, hahaha, it’s great. Sometimes I think people just complain for the sake of complaining.
