I am not planning to use it anymore. After they gave boxjaws bomb curse I just assumed it’s not playable for me. Although I do think it shouldve had AoE from the beginning.
I’m not sure how he can salvage it tbh The gigawave all made it so he needs to have another bird or you will be forced to kill the tokens. I’m guessing Deus X is the only thing but Nightingale will still ruin you I guess.
We buffed Nightingale in mid-January this year, and I’m curious how many players have actually used Wavetail to counter her over these 11 months.
I was using Voodoom but yeah not that good anymore
I started just recently since it only became a problem after it’s rerelease with cheap pullrate.

Noone has used her to counter Wavetail - and noone used Wavetail to counter Nightingale as well.
Wavetail and Nightingale are separate issue.
You changed Euthanasia just because someone pointed out it is blocked by Decree of Mercy (which was weird but okay).
Then you cut her choices for her main move in half just because, while making this SE and entire strat unplayable for others.
I am still standing on it that Euthanasia should only be able to target monsters with a kill - like the second form does. Then her emergency entrance can stay.
Other than that she is just another type of mythic from the category of: “whose XXX comes first on the field”. (Asmodia, Leira, Medusa etc).

Yeah that was one of my options, but the randomness with the voos and the whole moveset of voodoom felt wrong for my setup. There are still madlads running that wood thingy and its hilarious when they complain about them spamming summon shells 
Voodoom actually has a cool moveset. It’s SS is uncounterable death sentence (until the eyeball angel comes out) and sometimes the protect and low TU purifying mist came in handy
Yeah bastia was a good counter to those but now (especially as soon as nightingale leaves the restriction list) you can just run maneater whale then nightingale then all your entrance monsters will be safe 
I mean in devs defence i am the only player who consistently played that last season after i discovered the idea. Aaaaaand the only person who have conplained about it here on forum atleast is me who was using it caus i figured DAMN this unfair
So its probably not high on their priority list 
Those were my tries of successfully running her.
She wastes most of her turns walling the opponent and not doing anything else while being super restrictive to build around (no monsters with blood moves).
You are constantly weak to True Hitters, Raw sweepers, Guardian Execute immediately puts you in the F situation while she fails to kill with her sweep move and now you added a condition that is a clear contradiction to her SS.
Lowering protect teammates tu is nice but it’s still a waste of a turn and can be shut down with just one repulse.
Too bad such a nice design is wasted on a mediocre skillset. Love the rebirth mechanic though

They said what they said at the release before actually testing the monster and placing him in the perfect team formation
This type of design is horrible for the game, it forces the players either to play 99 speed monster in the hopes that yours go first or play something with 29speed 0 speed entrance and even in this case he can place shield on the entire team preventing you from totally countering it its quite ridiculous

I played her with aurodragon during this rule. It wassent the greatest team and it will never be usable in normal pvp. But damn was she oppressive when you suddenly had 7 of her in eg
Enthunasia has 999tu, your other 42tu Mythics will be fine.

She counters all monsters with less than 50 speed, in fact this rank not even high speed monsters are affected by nyx
I was told that backbite/sendback was a big counter to Nyx (when I was thinking Nyx was op) and, honeslty, it’s true. Like it doesn’t make Nyx useless but give you a chance which is cool imo. Airvalon, Deus X, etc… are cool alternative FL to face Nyx and there is a fun back and forth there.
