You’re underestimating Violet! I’m sure she would use her Double Pegging Piercing Blow before long enough 
instant overwatch can be used and then for example Noxdragon gets another turn after using skill

I think it would change nothing. If Decay Aura gets activated only on the players turn, you would still hit Focalforce, who would get the turn and it would not be your turn anymore. Then, when you get a turn again, it would hit Focalforce again. Since not many things can one shut Focal, your adversary would only need to keep killing the ones that can every time his Focal gets the turn.
I think the best fix for Decay Aura is to make it’s effect similar to poison damage, in a way Focalforce would never get the turn

The devs have said this that focal is gf violet hard counter and focal might look like he is unstoppable when there is violet but it’s not

It doesn’t happen like that it will go after the mon that was about to get it’s turn meaning like there in turn table like
Focal , magma, violet
And focal will use it move and overwatch will trigger meaning it will go after magama

I think the turn passives are fine. Decay aura is high risk high reward since it destroys stuff like stealth, shields, and hg but gets annihilated by the occasional focalforce/overwatch strat. Runedragon is perfectly fine since it needs the constant healing and isn’t super strong anyways.
Now I am curious to know if my Kanna take the turn before Nikki

As I said, not many monsters one shut Focal. Even if it happens the way you say, you’d just need to focus on killing the few monsters that can kill focal and then you’ll keep getting turns the rest of the 30 seconds the game will last
Yes but you need awakened focal so he doesn’t gets one shotted by violet (which in my testing second form focal can be one shotted by duel slayerbane from violet) so u would probaly aim for violet as soon as possible with it when you see its about to get it’s turn
But c’mon a mon that removes shileds , stealth , hold ground and can one shot should have a hard counter too
Dunno I mean I got 8 free kills when using focalforce and there wasn’t much my opponent could do about it lol
