I’m currently stuck on fire realm hell mode on the last battle. I’m mainly relying on moves that work well against buffed monsters such as sleep moves, bloodthirst and death sentence. Are there any moves I’m not aware of that work well against these buffed monsters?
Monsters with excessive force actually ignores enemies’ defense stats. It doesn’t do anything about their buffed HP stats, but it helps quite a lot nonetheless.
Other than that, here’s some options:
- death/payback revenge
- megabomb
- death roulette/sudden death
- revive skills; if you revive an enemy monster they keep their buffed stats. Can also be used on a partner to replicate death revenge or other useful one time abilities.
- death wish
- life flip enemy/revolutionize(each exclusive to an event SE)
