A fair chance of getting legendary in a festival will never happen :(. Well, i must hope for IC, Dungeon and Chambers of the Statue to get good monsters. Festivals are like Russian Roulette, either you have luck or you gonna lose.
Or you can save your gems until you have enough to make the risk worth it.
6.1% chance = 1 in 17. This is perfectly reasonable if you are smart about gem spending. If you refuse to save and spend your gems smartly, then that is not the dev’s fault.
I will say that everyone is guaranteed to get a legendary from eggs if they are persistent enough. I currently have 17 and am sitting on 75 gems. I hope to reach 150 or 300 in time for the anniversary or tenebris.

Well Leo, motor, and Lunartic are top notch, especially Motor, I dont think monsters much more poweful than this should or will be released. HHAHA can we all take a minute to appreciate that the price for gems went up, but the chances stayed.
You have a 1 in 25 chance for each egg on the special egg. Hardly a good chance for amazing monsters. Compare that to the 3 in 4 chance for a legend out of ten eggs during a limited pack.
The price only went up for your currency. The way it works is that the devs specify how much it should cost in USD and then apple adjusts for inflation/deflation.
Who said that there is a guarantee for getting amazing monsters later?

Because of how probability works. you would have to be a special kind of unlucky to not get a legendary after a of playing.
The odds are good as they are what the devs need to increase are the gems you can win from events. Double all the rewards.
Hmm i dont like it… Because more gems more Monsters or Legendarys. All ppl can Battle and the gane will be a súper boring… And the old game guys leaves from game… Easy game + easy gems = boring
I don’t say that every ppl get in a second 50 rare gems. But a little bit more would be good. Maybe to bring achievements i NM where you get a gem for a special success like getting first Omegamid or anything else.
I think we need a “special gift” when we purchased gems 
or oldies playees
