Too bad they didn’t put both dolphreeze and Dolphins on the one only and leave the rest unrestricted.
Use moku instead.

The idea of the list isn’t really to make something impossible to play, it’s to make there be a cost to doing it (you can’t play the other monsters which are restricted).

The only thing I don’t like about the lists is the monsters that are repeated in two continuous lists.
