That epic is straight up powerful man. Probably the best PvP epic in the game.
I hope the devs make a Death Entrance SE at some point.

I said above the 3rd was the best I think, speaking impartially.
As for my “favourite” I think it’s the same. Given where we were at that time we didn’t expect the anniversary to rain legendaries/mythics and it had some excellent new monsters.
Year on year the anniversaries have been more rewarding in terms of gems, free stuff and offers. You pretty much get more featured monsters for the same gems with each new anniversary.

Honestly i think the fatal flaw of this anniversary was the no overlapping banners with no prior info about the contents of each banner. I don’t think it’s been stressed enough how awful that was. People, including me, saved gems for what they thought was going to be an awesome 2nd festival egg and it turned out to be worse (still ok) than the 1st egg. And then people saved for the halloween egg thinking it was gonna be a festival but it turned out to he a special egg. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. But everything else about the anniversary, like the rewards, was great.

I totally agree. From the company’s standpoint it might not be obvious but from the side of the player it gives us such distaste for the whole anniversary.
I begged for this information on day 1 of the announcement of the anniversary and we didn’t get any change at all from the Devs. It’s a huge disappointment that they didn’t even act when it was pointed out to them in advance.

Yah. I don’t want to accuse them of anything but it just seemed like a cash grab for them to not give prior notice of the featured units once it was pointed out to them. Basically I feel like they were presented a choice by the player base and they willfully decided to ignore the base’s legitimate concern in favor of eeking out some more $ from this event. Anyways i’m done with this little rant. Just hope the Devs see this and don’t make the same decision again next year.

I meant the 50 gems because I remember I rerolled for an alt acc that time
They should have directly given 120 gems so we could have used them on both anniversary eggs happily .
I have no idea why huge chunk of the free gems are available now .
I mean if people reroll and get 2-3 legendaries , it won’t affect or change anything . Unnecessary fuss and restrictions .

This whole anniversary and Halloween events have been crap compared to other year’s. I said it days ago, and some of you complained saying it was OK.

Despite all you explained about other anniversaries’ defects, in every one of them people thought it was an improvement compared to the previous one, and counting on what you said, it truly was. This year’s is a step back. The amount of gems were the only improvement

Not even that because 70 out of the 120 login bonus gems are given after the anniversary banner ends so they only gave us 50 free gems to roll which is much worse than previous anniversaries

The eggs were an improvement. The most bonus on featured we’ve had and highest general quality of monsters featured as well as some really powerful new monsters.
It’s hard to top what previous years had but this came close enough I reckon. It was simply the technicalities where it missed the mark… no festival on last egg and no overlapping eggs.
This is only worse than the 4th. It’s more than the others and equal to the 3rd. Besides, people have already saved up for the anniversary so having 70 gems afterwards to restock people is not a bad thing at all.
The 15X drop rate also meant that each legend egg had a 63% chance to have a featured mon in it. Much higher than the 40% we get on special eggs.
Yeah sure is not bad at all to have 70 free gems to spend on special eggs instead of a festival…
I’m curious; is it going to be another festival eggs? What happened after halloween event last year?
