I don’t know about last anniversary but this anniversary was crap. Not worth to be called a good anniversary. I got only two legends which are not useful in PvE much and everybody got ‘em in PvP.
10-12 packs, F2P and nothin’, literally nothin’
You have my condolence hope you get good luck in packs .I expected the devs to give rare gems for free but they didn’t but they gave us extra gems and I am not complaining about it because they added tygo and Leo so ye I’m satisfied with this anniversary

Sadly, I joined the anniversary a bit late and I might miss 50 gems. That would have been nice to get, cus I’m saving for this monster.
Bruh the anniversary login bonus ends at next month 31st you don’t have to worry about it and ye those tickets i highly appreciate it im now only 1 ticket away from buying duscy
I honestly expected another festival, since it is my first anniversary, they had told me that each year was better, but the truth is I disappoint this banner that they put, I was planning to buy gems,but since it is not a festival I will not buy anything that simple:disappointed_relieved:

The only ones that seem worth it to me are dusi floccurusaurus icefang, I could say that even valzreign is worth it, but from then on it is hardly advisable to buy monsters in the store, just those They’re worth it
Shiny cyclo is a guaranteed sweeper but a deadweight for dangerously high amount of time after its each active move

Well, the anniversary started two Fridays ago, so it’d be bizarre if the anniversary lasted shorter than the anniversary login bonus

Each year the anniversary gets hyped up more and more. We got 10 new monsters (3 mythic, 3 legendary, 3 SE then an epic for free), 120 gems, 5x 6* tickets, various rare ingredients including 2 Moaliths which are great for new players, 2 festivals, 12x double gems deal and a guaranteed mythic for paid gems.
As for the new monsters:

2 of 3 mythics are top notch, among the best in the game for both PvE and PvP. The other one (Fiona) is interesting design that has potential in the right teams (specifically with camouflage teammates).

1 of 3 legendaries is an absolute top PvP monster, 1 of 3 legendaries is a very decent monster for both PvE and PvP (which may yet prove to be very strong) and 1 of 3 is a combo-centric tool which also works as a good sweeper at times.

1 of 3 SEs may have some combo potential, 1 of 3 SEs is maybe good in mark teams, 1 of 3 is useless.

The epic is quite fun and random
The eggs were split like this:
1st = Top PvP monsters
2nd = Storm combo monsters
3rd = Very high quality monsters
Overall, I think the power level of the new monsters and the ones featured in the eggs was extremely good. The second egg had a little less power but it had things which are very interesting to play around with. This was more than I was expecting.
I feel like people look back at past anniversaries and only remember the best bits…
1st anniversary was first time 6th pack guaranteed and Penguinator (considered best monster at the time)
2nd anniversary had Delugazar (one of the best monsters at the time) and instant 50 gems for everyone, lead to lots of rerolling accounts to start with 4+ legendaries
3rd anniversary had amazing new legendaries: Novadrake, Nulltron, Maggatsuoh, Pumpking
4th anniversary had Angelion and Canishogun featured, then the Halloween had probably the best pool of legendaries ever: Scorpiogeist, Wraithcaptain, Maggatsuoh, Delugazar, Pumpking, Blacktitan
However, people don’t remember the other bits…
2nd anniversary had Delugazar/Mojinator in 6th pack guaranteed and no boosted chance so half the community came away with Mojinator rather than the new “OP” monster.
4th anniversary people generally considered 3 of 4 new legendaries to be bad (Whitetitan, Blacktitan, Pandamonium - the latter two got buffed later) as well as people not liking Scyberithe.
In my mind the only truly successful anniversary was the 3rd anniversary and if I remember correctly at the time it had a bunch of people complaining about how weak the legendaries were. Novadrake got buffed later, a few people were disappointed heavily by Nulltron and the two poison monsters were generally considered mediocre until people got to try them properly over the next few months.
In short:
While this anniversary does have a few flops (no overlapping eggs, no Halloween festival) it has many things way better than previous anniversaries. Things get hyped up way too much I honestly don’t know what people expect any more. The new players think it’s going to be raining free mythics for everyone and the older players want it to be better in every dimension than previous years.
That said, feel free to give your own opinion and complain. The above is just how I feel when I look at it all
