How do i get the “monster” of this life event? i spend 90 tickets and still dont have it.

Hmm. Does anybody know what the chance is to get the crown?
I’m sure I read that it was a 10% chance to encounter/get Crownwalker. I can’t remember exactly but it may have said it when the event was first aired long ago.
I just found him,it can be found but sadly i messed up with the GF summoning time and they insta focused him so i lost :D
