I have an interesting idea for a group of monsters that i based off of the beginners and hatchlings fusion tactics: they are 4 different humanoids that each have a basic element (FIRE, EARTH, AIR, WATER) then after each evolving them to the max you can fusion them (FIRE with AIR; WATER with EARTH) Here they are (Prepare to read)
The first forms: Ashero (FIRE), Splashero (WATER), Dustero (EARTH), Gustero (AIR)
All 3* Humanoids of the appropriate type

Punch - Physical Attack (100tu), 10-12 damage
Kick - Physical Attack (160tu), 12-15 damage
The second forms: Singero (FIRE), Wavero (WATER), Stonero (EARTH), Breezero (AIR)
All 5* Humanoids of the appropriate type

Rally - (250tu) Retreats to the very end of the line-up, and all allies of the same type are moved up to the front of the line-up
Bolster - (100tu) Boosts all Allies’ ATK by 1 and DEF by 2 for 500tu
Now there are 2 fusions:
Volcanero and Tornadero fusion to become: Titanero (DARK)!!!
Tsunamero and Quakero fusion to become: Gaiero (LIGHT)!!!

Muscle Magic - (100tu) Changes all Allies’ Physical Attacks to Magical Attacks and vice versa for 500tu
Single Out - (100tu) Changes all Allies’ AoE move to single-target attacks and increases the damage they do by 200% for 500tu
Ally Boost - (200tu) Boosts all Allies’ ATK/MAG by 1, DEF/RES by 2, and decreases all Allies’ TU by 38% for 500tu
