*More Tournament Information*

I decide the restrictions for each round of the tournament, hence i can’t participate as it’ll bring bias into the tournament. Which is honestly fine by me.

Note that i said “round”, not “match”. That means it will be the same restrictions across the best of 3. Just needed to clarify that.

As for how restrictions are decided…

You can make suggestions on restrictions that could be used for the rounds. Either post them here on the forum or to me directly on Line. If it’s good enough i may consider using it in this TGT or future TGTs.

Restriction ideas:

  • must bring at least one of each: poison, sleep, stun and assist.
  • only 3 elements of the player’s choice allowed on the team
  • must have more epics than super epics, and more super epics than legends.
  • only monsters with speed lower/higher than 50
  • no chronos allowed
  • cannot have 2 legends adjacent to each other(1 and 2, 2 and 3, etc.)
  • cannot have more than 3 of each: Poison, sleep, stun and assist.

1st round - all epics with 1 legendary
2nd round - majority epics with some super epics and 1 legendary (you decide how many)
Last round - no limits

Only single target moves can be used e.g no double bloodcrave, ultra moves, nothing that hits more than one monster.

No give turn or team turn

No stun

Only monsters with either a protecting move or a healing move allowed

Restriction(s):

  • Make a team consisting of 4 elements of your choice. Each element must contain exactly 4 monsters of that element.
  • No more than 2 legends per element.
  • No entrances in the 5th slot of your team.

Feel free to test your teams against anyone except your specified opponent. However, you have yourself to blame if your team gets leaked to your opponent. So if you do decide to do this then choose someone you trust.

Round 1 has ended.

Don’t worry, i won’t bombard you immediately with round 2. I haven’t even thought of the restrictions for it as yet. It’s actually a time consuming process, since they have to be both coherent and interesting at the same time.

To be honest, i’m surprised with the amount of DQs. But that leaves us with (hopefully) the serious players aiming for greatness.

*Announcement*

I will allocate more time for future rounds, to reduce stress for players.

These will be “intended deadlines”, so if we go pass it then it’ll be fine. However, this gives me the authority to close the round at any time after the intended deadline has passed. (Without notice)

Would you mind listing the winners of round one or just updating the round one post? Just curious who I might end up against next.

The post after the round post would include the round winners. Just like i have done above.

As for the match-ups. I decide those after i’ve decided the restrictions. But if everyone else wants me to do it the other way round then i’ll be happy to. :slight_smile:

Restriction(s):

  • No more than 4 legends in your team.
  • Mandatory 4 epics on your team. Each epic must have a different moveset from each other.
  • No monsters that induce sleep allowed.
  • No monsters with the passive “Death Revenge” allowed on the frontline. (First 4 slots of your team)
