I do but im clueless on what to ultra evolve first i have already ultra evolved noxdragon but the rest of the monsters are mostly new so i dont know whats good or not
Wraithhost is great in PvE too, also an option for evolution. You got quite good monsters for a starter account 
Tyty saved up and did fortune shrine to get carmilla cuz i really liked her

They are not bad, they work well alone, Carmilla is level s, the fire horse is also very good, but if you want to see it, it is the best between what you have

I guess your setup could work tho, you just need to evolve some stuff
I recomend carmilla the fire horse and the energy charge dragon, when you evolve the charge dragon move him to quite late in your team as he enters fast can instant charge and just blast everything use him in like 11th 12th

I would also move the scarleguard to your front line the red dragon you have in 9th
I would also evolve the rainbow bear as it has some real strong piercing and void attacks which makes it quite good
There is also a shadow frog on one of the islands don’t remember which buts in one of the temples, if you have that one use it with noxdragon and use the elm enrage move on it and just click assisted dusk all as many times as you can
