Tardigenerade usefulness..?

I’m sure it would be convenient for it to have taunt as it’s a wannabe protector move which isn’t affected by pk, so that raw monsters could be used in the best case with the restriction of only 10% less chance of protection. I hope they don’t release a lot of them because except in the case of Captain Canine, the raw restriction is justified on the monster. Taunt would not make him more aggressive, rather allowing raw monsters be aggressive behind his “protection”

Since it has protect teammates, taunt is the best option for it to survive 150 & 300 seconds , GT to be removed into something else will work wonders to a 40 speed cost 16 legend,

I’m sure you understand now what I’m getting at, it’s not that it will work best with raw but I looked at its own potential which Devs thought to give it protect teammates & GT.

I agree that it being weak to chrono is a big issue, in fact probably the biggest issue with it. Still not sure about taunt though, I have to admit I dislike that move (should not become a mainstream thing imo).
I think removing gt would improve his survivability more than removing protect teammates.

Having just evolved my Tardi, I doubt I’ll be using it anytime soon. Oh it can put some work in, but the amount of planning/team building you have to do to make it shine, can be used on other monsters that get the job done more efficiently.

In regards to possible tweaks, I like Exu’s idea about replacing Protect Teammates with Taunt.

With all the responses about it , guess it’s named correctly !

PS : I’m waiting for next update when it will be buffed like grovo and everyone running after it !

After testing the monster, i belive he needs some tweak reducing the recoil is the way to go.

I vote for reducing recoil too.

Making it do what it does better so there’s enough reason to use it / build around it… that’s always better than a design change in my books. Protect -> Taunt is not an obvious design change but it does make the monster work differently in practice.

Also, I like the give turn. I don’t want that getting removed. Give turn on a protector is a nice design.

GT should be removed period. The amount of chrono killers out there is insane ,
It needs time & is slow , 150 seconds is long enough for anyone to counter or kill it,
And it is cost 16.
This is my last reply to explain things , rest I’ll see what happens when next update is out.
