I was. I just write a note on Wikipedia and was awaiting a response lol… Nice work for fixing it so quick 
That suspended page occurs on a server level. That’s the server suspension page, meaning that the account for this entire site on the server was ‘suspended’ and blocked from the server.
If your forum account were suspended, you would see the site’s logo and the forum itself, but with a suspension message replacing the actual forum sections.
