With the recent Soral buff and slight nerf to Ghier, I’m curious to hear who the community thinks is the strongest shop mythic.
I just hit 80 tickets and I will likely be getting Soral, mostly because he can be used more generically and I have more to support him than Ghier. But interested to hear if you all have strong thoughts one way or another.
If you don’t own S tier awakened mythics, then Soral is the way to go, but Gieh is by far one of the best support mythics for fast sweepers as it gives a huge amount of control and I do not mind his catapult being swapped for 85tu heal.

Yes agreed. With the right lineup, he’s an absolute monster. Do you run into problems if he gets taken out too quickly though? I obv haven’t had the chance to use him, but it seems like it’s risky to invest too much into low-speed mons behind him.
Either way, I don’t think I have the collection to use him to his full potential.
Giehretus took a big hit with the nerf. It not being able to contribute to any of the sweeping properly is significantly weaker. So I’d say Soral is generally the stronger monster now.
However, everyone here is correct that what’s critical is Soral is simply generally good for anyone whereas Giehretus requires the right setup and, most likely, a strong collection of mythics to get the full potential.
So I’d 100% recommend Soral to almost everyone.

I disagree with gierhetus “Nerf” to do damage . It can pretty well do dmg with agile toxin . It wasn’t a nerf , rather a balance tweak
If u can awaken gier , then gier it is . If u can’t awaken and can’t wait to collect tickets , soral it is
I just got Soral days ago and it is performing really well so far, makes me wonder just how crazy and broken Soral was before the nerf 
I contemplated returning my Gieh after the nerf. However, I kept it in the end because it makes a big impact on how the entire game works before it’s killed. Makes for some nice team building challenge 
I think it depends on your collection. I absolutely love Soral, but the vast majority of my mythics are quite slow, so I really want Ghier. If your teams generally have good speed then get Soral.

Hope they release something new, with how much delayed gier is, I don’t have much hope.
It stopped after they slashed hp boost and Iride is no longer as good as it was before.
Do you know the damage of poison eater? That move isn’t going to kill what you want it to and with agile toxin to use first that’s 210TU to attack something and not even kill it. Basically it now does quite poor sweeping compared to the exceptional sweeping of a reliable piercing one-shot on any monster of your choice with no setup and 160TU.
Giehretus is obviously very strong, but it’s solely because of the passive now rather than anything else.
Passive alone is enough to use it imo , there hav been matched where I could have won against many piercers than 1 ghier . Gheir can win matches just by being there unlike soral
