From what i haven seen so far

The game is releasing two mythics each month, the new trend is to release one waifu and one non waifu

The first mythic will not have a shrine but the second mythic will be released with a shrine

They have recently released the waifu mythic guess the second mythic will be a non waifu and be released with shrine

This will most likely be on the last week of the month
