No, just spend all the gems on the new myth.
every few weeks we see these posts, every few weeks we say, it might come on x day, based on previous months
we dont know there isnt a specific cycle its ever changing, so asking when shrine is coming is going to get the same answer as just mentioned every time, wait and save gems like the rest of us and just be patient

For the past two months it was 1st and 15th of each month, but it doesn’t normally follow a pattern. It’s typically been more like an average of every 3 weeks
