I entered on 7th floor with the winstreak of 35&never lost a battle in that floor.I noticed my winstreak after finishing 3 battles in that floor,now it showing my winstreak 3

When entering one of my battles on floor 4 I had “connection to the server has been lost”. It happened just as a clicked the door to find a battle but still reset my win streak.
I haven’t heard of it randomly resetting for anyone before. In any case, the best place to go is to email support and get them to check for you. They can’t add onto your win streak but they may be kind enough to give you some gems if they see there was an issue.
So I need to continue with the current winstreak… 
I stopped playing that event hoping that the devs will help to continue from my previous winstreak.Thanks for the information.
Now they are saying I lost a battle asper their data base,but I’m sure that I never lost once.I think it’s a server error.
