Hey, I was wondering if someone could give specific tips on how to properly use shieldwyrm? He’s currently a useless part of my team, but he’s my only legendary.

It is fine to post as long as it is not spam.
He protects all the other sweepers you have so that they can kill everything without getting hurt.
Yep, some monsters were just not meant to take center stage. They just make it easier for others. And believe me, I know how it feels to gain a first monster on a new star level, only for it to be a lousy protector.
You don’t really want to attack much with him. Skip your turns until you can use his desperate strike that heals him unless you can land a killing blow that’s important. Use death sentence or mega bombs behind him

Just for your info: lots of us would love to have him lol. Just wait till you get some more decent monsters and he’ll be an essential part of any of your teams.
Shieldwyrm is odd in that it’s arguably the best monster in the game but only if you have existing sweepersite to complement it.
Easiest way is to put a one on one monster behind it, the ai is stupid and will attack wyrm so you can purify.

I would trade you 5 of my legendaries for him!! Maybe 10!! Lol good for you. once you get a serious sweeper you’re gonna rock people or even robinator should do the trick.
What level are you? You need to get him evolved - you should really get that omegamid in tomorrow’s event! Good luck
haha. Thanks a heap ^.^, I’m only level 37, so I probably don’t have much chance at that omegamid challenge. Hahah, I’ll still give it a go though, thanks for all the help!
The Omegamid shouldn’t be a problem. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t Shieldwyrm the only legend who doesn’t need an Omegamid to evolve?

It’s the name of one of the forms before ultra evolution can’t remember which one
The second form i guess, the first called bucklerwing as i remembered

I’m not sure about his final evolution, but he’s covered in shields so I guess that’s why they called him that.
