I don’t play lot of PVE - I just use all my tickets to raise my hero rank and don’t waste tickets. I generally spend tickets doing hell mode of online mission to increase hero rank fastest. 30 tickets and 7 k experience =56 k experience per day = 2 hero rank in 3 days. I am just raising hero rank fast to get lot of gems before anniversary.

Germinate and sprout conversion are the moves that could dominate the pve if used well.
Converting a token/useless ally into another Vinegazer and then every Vinegazer can use germination once thus turning an enemy into a useless Vineye, in turn getting a full control over the match

I maintain that Purpie(which is basically a free win for anything in PvE except extremely high levels of the Ultimate Challenge) is better in PvE. Vinegazer is obviously better in PvP, but that is a separate discussion
