Speaking of our friend Selene, the lowest cost weâve had in the game for a skill (apart from instants) is 42 seconds and they realized that was too little, a few except Natourgoul raised it. For a monster that has two skills that when they attack theyâre not going to play chess with you, I think 35 seconds is absolutely crazy. I really donât know whatâs going on in the developersâ minds when they do this. This is obviously going to be a problem. Iâm not p2w, but I understand that itâs not easy for her to come and pay 300 pesos for something that will later be nerfed. The developers should analyze things better before releasing her so they can avoid all this nerf stuff.
I think her skills should be like Cyclophina where all of her skills have different TU some low and some a little higher. Like for
- healing 42 TU (+9)
- second move the one that does piercing to faster units 51 TU (+9)
- the one that does lethal but not piercing damage to slower units 34 TU (+9)
- instant kill on anything 59 TU (+9)
- secret skill instead of instant, maybe swift at 42/51/59
Just a suggestion on her nerf. Idk. Also I wrote them in order of their use respectively so her first killing move will be in 93 TU then the next one which is a non-piercing slower units 34 TU which I kept it low because slower characters usually have HG/defense/shield so it is not as bad as Crescent is and lastly the instant kill on anything move at last with 59 TU.
Note instant move and instant kill on anything are not the same. Instant skill is 1TU moves and instant kill on anything means like Rhinedragonâs golden curse or Azuraidosâ LINK deathstroke where it kills anything instantly even if they are against super buffed PvE monsters.
I have been using her and she is very good at what she is doing so.
These kind of moves are way too fast. Itâs the same issue with the E.D.s you get your incoming monsters wiped out before they can make a single move.

Yeah, Iâm holding off saying what is the best change to suggest until Iâve tried her out more, but from my experience so far sheâs absolutely nuts and things like sleep immunity seem so unnecessary
âŚand a 300% defense buff for something that can fully heal itself in 40 seconds with hold ground AND is unmovable.

Changes i would do
- i would increase the seconds to 50 tu and make give it the option to do gibbus directly and full moon can be triggered by crescent.
What this does is increase the overall cycle by 14 tu, but make it consistent in its sweeping, it will also make it slightly worse against nyx
- i think Sleep immunity is fine on her, OoO has been weak for quite sometime and persephia + vixen blade is the superior OoO over selene and samurai

30s tu acc sweep or rebirth with sleep immunity is not fine.
I donât think sleep immunity or increased defense are this monsterâs problems. Immunity to sleep makes it possible to perform the combo that will allow you to take full advantage of the lunar cycle and the increase in defense makes it impossible to combine it with sacred monsters, which means that you must eliminate some useful monsters from your team if you want to obtain everything its potential (in addition to the fact that all opponents have some sacred on the field so the improvement will not always be active even if you condition your team around it) The real problem is the excessively low TU, they should increase it a little without making it high, the correct amount would be 42 in my opinion.
