If that was your strategy, it would’ve taken far, far longer than 15 minutes.
Maybe 15 minutes for the first battle with this strategy, but not the whole dongeon. Maybe you forgot that charca deals only 30damages before he kill his first ark?! The time you spend by killing the first ark, everybody is already floor 10+ 
So be honest you can’t do it in 15mins !

How weird, I just got the main prize 5 minute ago, I’m in pool B. When I finished the final boss the first time I didn’t get anything, it hung up on an empty battle background. So I jumped right back in to level 35 got to 36 and had to fight the boss fight over again. The 2nd time it gave me a gold egg and an S ranked shadowstalker.
If i replay this Mission, can i get a mission egg everytime ? or is it only one ?
Unless it says otherwise, every mission is winnable once.
You only get the prize once, you can do the mission as many times as you want after for the experience points. There is usually one mission season that doesn’t count as being part of the 10 week season that lets you do it as many times as you want, you only get mission eggs though, not gold mission eggs. Those missions are usually for weaker arks that aren’t quite as good as the regular mission arks.

i finish all 36 levels and beat the boss but only got 4 shadowkit. can someone give me the reason why that’s so
Because as it says on the announcement, you only get four. You need 5
So you either have to get it in the egg or get lucky and get the main prize
