They likely won’t be available for some time, but you’ll definitely get a chance in the future. I can’t say the way you’ll be able to get them, though!

ok finally i got it, if you’re in europe (GMT+ for me, italy) you can start the new event at 2 am of 23-11 well i probably would have been awake at that hour anyway lol i want one of those dragon killers 
anyway guys don’t complain too much… they didn’t thought this well for EU, but next time they will do something about it
