Same issue here. I’ve been using an Huawei P8 running on Android 5.0 for quite some time now, but I’ve started getting a the issue with a “corrupted game file” and the recovery button not workong after updating the most recent patch unto my device, just like all the other people here I’m assuming.

Looks like were all here for same reason. Im in contact with dev team and waiting for a debug version to try and see if we can get a fix. Hang in there everyone and keep checking back with this thread and hopefully their will be a hotfix out soon.

I wish that they would back the game up via ur email like other games, so that it will be more simple to load ur progress and back it up with no problems in case of things like this, some people dont even know their restore code and are highly agitated by this fact!

I am having this issue as well. The device I’m using is a Samsung Galaxy s3. And up until this update my game has been working fine. How do I fix this?

Im pretty sure they are going to fix it in the next update, which I think it will not take long to come out. If you dont want to use the restore code method, you’ll have to wait a little longer.

My game was able to load once more (I keep trying all the time), this time, after the loading I was rewarded with 2 gems, 1 4star potion and a super deage fruit. 

I believe something was done and this was a compensation of sorts, just hope the problem stops now…

rank sixty, only 2 legendaries, and bought the game for less than 50cents (BRL 1,00 ) heuehuehueh still happy here. I don’t really know if the problem was solved, but I believe they are trying. Don’t delete anything, your save is there, the game is having problems to read it, that is all, don’t press the red buttons, just keep trying to get in the game until it works.

Ciao tutti, :persevere::persevere::persevere: why every couple week update ? I hate update, when they say update coming i was so scary ! They banned me 4 time and every time i sent email they took more than 72 hours to reply , no they say my save file is corrupted !!! Really isn’t nice I’m starting to hate this game !!! Two months of gaming and more than 100 gems I bought, what waste of time and money :pensive::pensive::pensive: if it’s possible i wan my money back cause when I bought the game no one say it’s a game bug every 10 days fck !!!
