Well I was just throwing some ideas. I agree sleep revenge is a little bit over the top but it could the same passive as the totem se. @Killerdog
I quite like sleep revenge as a passive. I don’t think we have enough of it. So many passives that are just the same for all the mons. Maybe we could do with more sleep revenge mons. I could certainly do with one as I don’t have any.
If you have single sleep revenge, maybe you could have it to the monster that killed it only.
Suggest me a buff for saint which will please you bro ?

Let alone make 7-8 kills which you’re expecting saint + another monster can , it’s even harder to pull off the sleep lock!!!

This Saintfeather discussion got split over two threads, I think my suggestion was in the other thread.
What I said was something like…
Saintfeather definitely needs a buff now since the backstab/cannibalise DR has been removed, making Rudolfonzo’s a bit useless. In the past I said giving auto-protect to Rudolfonzo might be too strong but now I think it’s the best way to buff Saintfeather. That alone should be enough of a buff to Saintfeather and make it a worthy 16-cost monster.
P.S. I wasn’t agreeing with Moshu about how Saint can get you an easy 8+ kills (or whatever he said) but how if the Rudolfonzo get sleep revenge it will be a very strong way of starting up a sleep lock. When you backstab the Rudolfonzo not only would you get the sleep revenge but also an entrance passive on the next monster. Make that a shocker or a dreamy entrance monster (Wraithcaptain) then you can use Saintfeather’s moveset to do a reasonable sleep lock. It’s hard to properly describe but basically sleep revenge on Rudolfonzo gives way too much power.
Autoprotecting DR is already bad, and you can use it 3 times. Can we not?
Saint also needs a passive.
Auto protect to Rudolph makes it little viable thou.
Giving saint some passive will truly justify it 16 cost .
I don’t know what it could be, but it definitely needs a passive imo.

I just added a “P.S.” to my last post. Also, just look how we have SaSSolino8 saying DR + auto-protect 3-time use is too good, me saying it sounds right on this monster (makes it good) and you saying it’s not enough. We’re all split… I don’t think it’s obvious how good/bad any of this would be.
Saintfeather can duplicate a teammate’s entrance passive an extra three times, create DR monsters, dreamhunt if supported by sleep monsters / with SS take control of the field and if it’s ignored it can get kills with retribution. It can work how it is, the Rudolfonzo just need to be helpful (they currently weaken your team). It’s limiting factors are the reasonably slow moveset and how it has no passives, which seems right.
With stun immunity it would too easily play into sleep-control combos or simply become way too threatening on the field with retribution. With sleep immunity it would become even stronger with OoO (currently it’s a good option for swapping in after a OoO). It could maybe have poison immunity or stun revenge but I don’t see the need.
P.S. Saintfeather was one of my favourites when it got released. Sadly I didn’t get it but I too was very disappointed to find out it’s not that great. With the recent DR nerf I feel sorry for it.
I thought we all liked Auto Protect + Sleep Single Revenge for Rudolphonzo, what happened?
Also Reckless Attack seems kinda bad, is there something just a little better he could get as far as active skills go?

Single sleep revenge is really similar to Onigeist’s token. The monsters (Saint and Onigeist) are different enough in other ways but Rudolfonzo keeping DR can be made to work too right? It would be better if they were kept unique and as close to the original design as possible I think.
Having just Zealous Attack is good… it needs to suck if it has death revenge.
Autoprotect with DR is too big of a buff in my opinion.
The only people I have ever seen use Saint in pvp was Me and Michael and the strategy round that has been nerfed. Can’t remember michaels lineup but mine was a variation on his as he was the first person I saw do it so props to him.
Basically it revolved around saint swapping something with a useful passive like a shocker with his helper then geo backstabbing the helper, getting a death revenge kill and bringing back in the entrance passive. Obviously this is still doable but the death revenge doesn’t counter now which basically means saint got passively nerfed and there is more effective ways to make shockers etc re enter the field (pull back, switch place, rebirth and so on)
Silent night is a great passive especially when paired with aegis, Drako or jackal so I don’t see any issues here what so ever.
The helper is the only thing that could use some buff. I can’t be bothered to check the tu on swap for helper. (Think it’s 160) but that is a lot of tu on a move that doesn’t offer anything other than maybe getting the bonus of another passive entrance but you can mess yourself up by doing it. Ie geo dies and you can’t get rid of the helper.
Micheal was zib lava geo saint into motor butterfly you would use ally sub with both geo and saint on motor to make 6 shells then use silent night

Yep. Mine was talo croc geo saint. Backstab talo into motor. 1 death revenge kill. Swap motor for helper backstab helper 2nd death revenge kill and another set of shells.
The problem here again though was motor. Motor nerf affected more than just motor. Saint being one of them
Michael use zib atra geo saint. Ik because i made a similar lead for the last big tournament of zib atra geo fox. You can bring motor in so many times with that lineup it was unreal
