It’s more of the cheaters’s problem, not the honest players’s problem.
They’ve already knew that they can get banned for it and they still did, so it’s their own mistakes even when they’re realizing it or not.

This is very very funny, because they just stated the textbook definition of bribery, and then tried to pass it as a positive and healthy thing.

I have ask3d this question personaly and its safe to swap between your devices
But do make sure that you do it correctly and entierly logg out of one device before you logg on with another or you are risk loss of progress loss of rewards and loss of hatches etc

No its no problem just clear the data on the other device that you had already logged in. Then, clear the app data Where your currently logged in then Do the download progress again It will solve the problem.

Cheating in grinding video games and whinning after. What a looser.
I already told you there are only tiny amount of them and your example doesn’t mean much. If you have doubt that they cheated a lot of gems and still got a chance, please send me their Friend IDs or names.
Or do you want us to ban all of them in order to keep a honest player like you? Please tell me what exactly you want us to do?

I think this discussion is getting quite out of hand.
Lets summon this facts:

if you use the official playstore app, nothing can happen to you.
-
if you use a mod or an *.apk from another place, always expect a possible ban. If you use cheats, the ban chance raises highly.

if you find a bug in the official playstore game and use that to gain unfair advantage, you’ll not get a permanent ban, but probably get stripped the ranking or reward. I can remember that this happened before.
My personal opinion is, cheaters using a mod should get a permanent ban.
All other offenders should get a temporary ban. Like name offenders should get a name change ban for a year or half a year. Or PvP offenders should get a ban from PvP ranking period for 1, 2 or 3 seasons. Something like that, people can get better too and learn to not use offensive names. Some people are still young and just find names funny that others find offensive. Permanent ban should be the last option. A kid don’t get prison for life too if it steals a chewing gum, but will definitely get a warning.

You don’t know how many players we’ve banned. You can’t imagine how much time our teams have spent checking those accounts. There is no point in lying because the easiest solution for us is to ban them all.
Most of these players are from regions where Neo Monsters isn’t officially released, and naturally, their accounts are free-to-play. The money you spent does not increase your chances of being forgiven (there’s a perfect example up there in this thread).
Why do we do this? As developers, we just want people to enjoy our game. We’ve given a small number of users, who are honest to what they did and have been actively playing and whose actions don’t warrant a permanent ban, a chance to correct their mistakes. This is on the condition that they will never use an unofficial app and share their account.
It doesn’t mean we will give all minor cheaters a chance from now on. One of the reasons we created this thread is to offer users still using illegal apps an opportunity to switch to the official app. Therefore, in the next wave of bans, if they find themselves banned, there will be no more excuses. We will also release a schedule for the free campaign in the game.

Did the 150k anniversary new users give you the confidence to kick away old users? Do you think that most players have genuine versions, and many players don’t even know about this website? What’s the use of your notifications on this website? I’ve been playing this game for five years, or have I only found out about this website recently when someone accused me? Are you blocking this account for trading or the mod version, Why don’t you ban the cheating version so that the cheating version won’t be used? You are both banned and given a chance. And the abselute first thing i did when i started playing was to see if there was a community somewhere for this game and it took me like 5 minuttes of googling to find the twitter account facebook grupes forum and discord

Can’t we simply disconnect servers that cannot download genuine regions,
Or you can just have some decency and play the game as intended and dont relay on short cuts to become a mediocre player its not very diffecult
Even if you cant possibily get the official app caus of region lockes does not mean you have to use mods
