There are many players got banned recently due to downloading and using the 3rd party apk.
We have confirmed that the apk is not modded and doesn’t have any cheat tool, therefore, we have decided to unban those players. Another reason is that we have run so many free campaigns on app store, so the game is often being free.
As a dev, we want nothing more than seeing people play our game. We respect and understand the players who can’t download Neo Monsters in their countries’ app stores. But we have to make it clear that we don’t encourage it and this is against our term of service.
This decision is made by the dev team only to let more people access Neomon. Thus, we strongly recommend getting the app on a legit store, and transfer your account to there. Less likely but you may get banned again in the future.
Last last, please report the cheaters/hackers to us, such as method, links, mod, etc. Let’s create a health and fair gaming environment for all the community.
