question about the support system

this may sound a little bit stupid. i cannot get my restore code anymore due to my ipad breaking. I’ve send an e-mail to their support service in an attempt to get it back.
but im wondering, how long does it usually take for them to respond? (im kinda scared i’ll lose the account i had for the past 5-6 years)

for me personally, they usually always respond at 8 am - 12 pm in japan time (GMT+9)

i may be impatient, so srry about that in advance.
(my ipad is getting worse and i fear it may give its life before they ask extra info)

but do you usually get a response the day after?

also is e-mail the fastest way to contact them, or is there a faster one?

hmm i always email them when i have problem, and they always reply it.
