so my friend let me know that if i contact support with information i could possibily recover my old account with some of my favorite monsters when I played awhile back. i never recorded my restore code because i figured it was tied to your phone like other games but oh well anyways. I recently sent them an email with my friend code rank level ect. within an hour or 2 they replied back telling me i did not provide enough information that i needed to provide my recipe from of buying the game. So after a few back and forth emails i went and searched for my recipe and found it and sent it in a picture mail and haven’t gotten a reply since. I know its only been a few days, i figured if i sent a new email with everything on 1 email it might work but i just don’t wanna bother them, if they have hours and days they are working support so does anyone know how long they ussualy reply back? Sorry if i’m a little hastely i just would like to get started on the new events before they end. Thank you for your time.
