Hello, I just started playing this game last week. And I did something stupid. I un-installed the game without getting my restore code first. I emailed my mistake to support and thet told me I have to add certain information. Well, I did that last Sunday. I got nothing back. I just want to know how long this normally takes. I also understand thar there are holidays going on, so that may be the reason for the delay. But they are in Japan, so idk

Just wait, they’ll get back to you! Also if you only started a week ago you can just start with a fresh account too if the old one can’t be recovered!
Even better take a break for now , make multiple accounts (3-4 should be engh) when shrine hits and hatch on day 2 carmilla banner.
If i hadn’t spent over 100 dollars on it, I would’ve started over.
