i have sent request to shopsupport@zigzagame.net for restoring my account that has been used once but they didnt reply and i want to know how long will it take for them to restore my account . currently its been 3 days.
They do not do any tech support over the weekend so reply should be coming soon
They’ll probably reply on Tuesday.

hey they sent me the message about the code has been re enabled but when i try to restore it it says the same thing

Sadly yes. I deducted that in my other thread… he’s giving off all the wrong signals for someone that would make a legit trade.
I’m having the same issue, I haven’t traded my account just switched phone carriers… I’m hoping for a reply back soon. Love the game hope I can get back to playing it again soon
