Well you shared restore code so guess it’s your karma and also I don’t think you can delete legends or mythics
You can it will ask you twice if you are sure and then it let you delete it
Email support proof that it’s your account (your friend code and receipt of purchase) and they can possibly help you.

Your friend is bullshitting you. Like @DMG_Broly said, he can’t access your account if you already have the game on your phone.
Once, I gave my restore code to my brother to have him try my account, but we couldn’t do it because I had that account on my device.
Tell your friend to do what he threatens to do. If you still have the game on your phone, he won’t.

Is not true, basically he need to have the game on at times.
The principle is IF THE ACCOUNT IS IN USE, so is enough his phone to run out of battery so his friend can access.

Another thing is that if you can lose hatches by rolling on an outdated save. Last year, Bonanoe forgot to use the restore code and he hatched the first copy of onyxia which got deleted lol
