I hatched the special egg and I got the mythic
afterwards when I reopened the game mythic was not there…please help… @Dev_VKC please help

Did you use the restore code to load into your account on a different device? Also, did you check to see if there was the option to “hatch last 10” on the egg? Try closing the app and reopening then checking the egg to see if this option is there.

ahh yes after I hatched it, …I logged in to a different device after 2 hours…
so that means my mythic will be lost

The same thing happened with me when I hatched scorpionyx when the restore codes got messed up.
In general the restore code should only be used to switch from an old device onto a newer device as a permanent move. You should only be playing on one device. The game is not made to be played on multiple. If you are moving it around lots you will encounter problems like this.
I’m very sorry to hear about your loss. I hope support grants you back the mythic. I hope this makes you stick to one device in the future. Sorry for the tone but we’ve had a bunch of account sharers and I’m not a fan of anyone doing that or something else dodgy. You shouldn’t need to be using the restore code frequently.

This issue happens when you use restore code too frequently or share account with other. But you should not lose what you have hatched.
When you restart the app, you will see a pop up asking you to reroll your missing egg. (Every hatch is recorded on our database, therefore they are only missing in your device, and the hatching result will always be the same.)
If you don’t see it, please go to any egg banners with 10 roll button. It should be saying “Retry last 10”, please simply hit the button. (it doesn’t matter which egg banner you are.)
If you still don’t see it, please play the game for a while and DO NOT use restore code, then try again.

It was with a rare egg and what happened was bonanoe hatched onyxia and I hatched a pyramid super epic. This happened a few months ago and we aren’t sharing accounts now so it’s not a big deal I’m not gonna awaken it anyways lol

I didn’t know such thing could happen during hatching. My brother did lose his PvP reward Aviaeronix once though and got it later thanks to support.

Good to know you’ve got it back. I’m a little confused why you haven’t opened your NM account still but hey we’re not going to keep digging into anything that sounds fishy. Don’t go using your restore code so much in the future to avoid this happening again.
