If your code give them (for example) 3 shard of Voidress you cannot blame them for awaken her 
i once spent thousand of gems on a mythic shard that is a mistake i should have patiently waited and used the pity counter so i think you should reverse my those hatches and give me another chance since you guys also get free try to undo your mistakes we should also get the same
It’s crazy to think you can have a debit in this game. Let alone pretending people to understand when something is a bug or a wanted feature. And I won’t even add malice to the mix, as if you’re not in the forum you wouldn’t even be informed on the news tab about it.

It does, for example if you have 2 stun absorbers in field and u were stunned for 200 secs, absorbers will be stunned for 100 secs each. They distribute the amount of stun
Honestly a simple solution would have been to admit you were wrong and give the rest of the players the ticket for fairness’s instead of putting them at negative tickets

People who are playing Neo Monsters should not be that stupid. Us players should feel more insulted if the Devs actually think that of us.
You click to claim the Oberon reward and instead get granted 10 egg tickets. As long as people paid attention to the reward, they should immediately know that wasn’t intended.
Players will always act like they have no obligations and “the customer is always right” but we all sign a TOS and there’s common decency. We cannot knowingly exploit anything unintended in the game, so using the egg tickets is taking advantage of something you know you shouldn’t have. The responsible and correct thing to do is report it, as someone here did. Anyone else is technically in the wrong.
However, the company is also obviously in the wrong for making the mistake in the first place. So rather than punish anyone they just corrected it all. It would also be very unfair to punish players for using something they were granted, since most people would do that without realising it might have negative consequences and the infringement here is pretty minor (egg tickets will no longer be exclusive to spenders very soon).
It’s as simple as that. Please don’t complain about it more. I understand there are different opinions but they’ve already been voiced above.
The only thing I’d say is they should have put a news page in the game explaining the bug and how it was fixed, so nobody is left confused.

Just a few words because I already moved on and I don’t have anything to add to the matter. I was the one reporting it, at least here in the forum, and I didn’t used the tickets because I wasn’t sure if it was a bug or if it was intended as a surprise/gift. You might be used to it but others like me are not! We don’t have the same experience as you, so yes, we don’t know when something is legit or not.

My advice to you is that if someday a million dollars appear on your bank account without any explanation, go spend it all on “free cola and pizza”! See what happens after that
