Lemme ask you do you really think that exploiting a minor bug in a gacha game really bad? Rather than seeing it as gamers fault why don’t you see this as his or her good luck.

1.Does your team think it is a mistakes from their side to give 10 gold ticket for an epic monster, give different monster in a different banner ex. hazuki and that reptile girl banners
2.Does your team feel sorry for those mistakes?

then don’t punish any player who exploited that bcoz it was your duty to made sure that it never happen in the first place rather you should come forward issue a simple apology if compensating everyone seems to expensive on the company you know simple honest words carry great weights to them
If i lose my wallet and someone find it and use the currency i can’t complain, i shouldnt lose it in first place

That’s why we did not punsh them for spending the item they were not supposed to have. Instead, we give them a chance to pay it back without any consequence.

We fixed the bug by giving them what they were supposed to get and retrieving what they were not. Missing one of them is not a proper fix.

That reminds me about 3-4 years ago, where the glitch-bug about skip time for special event like Lost Crown and Moalith was just touch the corner of the square, did you punish or make negative all the ingredients people get “and shouldn’t have”???
Yes. We took all the ingredients back and suspended those players 2 weeks to 3 months depending on how much they exploited.
That’s why I said, we did not punish anyone this time
