Sadly, it’s not a bug. This way you don’t see how many gems you have left and you are more likely to spend more (and use your valuable paid gems too). All by design.

But the thing is I used 74 paid gems for 20 summons instead of using 20 and you can only do 1 paid gem 10 summon for each event yet in one event I lost all 74 as if they weren’t paid gems
Ah, I see. You used 40gems hatch instead of a Paid Pack that cost 10 gems. Well, that’s sadly your mistake.
Well that is for normal not paid gems
You can’t use paid gems for normal gem hatches
You are also mistaking some banners.
20paid gems guaranteed mythic is a rare banner than comes basically once or twice a year. There is no guarantee to get a mythic on normal banners in just 1 pack
Yes you can. I am burning thousands of paid gems like that. The game pretty much allows you to do that.
On standard banners (usually 6 of those a week) you can do:
- 1 x 10 pulls - costs 10 paid gems
- Unlimited x 10 pulls - costs 40 gems (free or paid or mixed)
On a new mythic banners you can do:
- 1 x 10 pulls - costs 10 paid gems
- Unlimited x 10 pulls - costs 30 PAID gems
- Unlimited x 10 pulls - costs 40 FREE or PAID gems

Well I say they should fix it and give me my paid gems back because that should be a glitch since these a place for paid gem hatches
So can someone get this fixed and get everyones paid gems back that the lost to it
Which banner did u use your gems on? You never said cuz if it was Albion banner, you unfortunately used your paid gems willingly by accident.
This does not exist in that banner? How did u lose your gems exactly? How many gems did u have before spending (paid and free gems) and what did u after exactly?
and according to that screenshot you never used the 10 paid gem hatch either unless this is before.
I’m not quite sure what you mean, but if you hatch using this button, it will proceed as long as you have enough gems, whether they are paid or free. It has been functioning like this since forever.
If you used gems on this then why is the pity countdown still on 30?
Also the 1xpaid gem deal is still up?
Also I think he is complaining because his paid gems were used before his unpaid gems on a regular 40 pull if im understanding him correctly.
