The Japanese description states “ally monsters.” In that case, it can be interpreted that the effect only applies to allies. However, the English description does not include this. In other words, the English description can be interpreted as saying that it applies to all Elfins.
Judging from how it works, I think the English description is correct, so please correct the Japanese description.

I upgraded this electric deer today, and I knew from past experiences that I don’t need to spend all 60 training points to ultra evolve this only 30 is good as 2nd form can evolve but when I ultra evolved it, somehow his speed wasn’t maxed.

It happened to me too with the island monsters. You can Ultra-Evolve them even if their speed isn’t maxed, but as a result they will retain their speed when UE’d.
It’s been like this since 2019 for sure

Yes. At first, I also thought that the Japanese version was the original, but often the English explanation is correct and the Japanese explanation is wrong, so I guess that the English version is probably the original.

While English is the original language, the Japanese text is translated by a dev who also frequently plays Neomon. In a sense, you could consider it original as well. Especially, the Japanese skill names sometimes differ from the English ones because they are crafted to suit Japanese preferences rather than being direct translations.

@Dev_VKC The move search filter doesn’t take into account secret skills that are turned off. I think it would be more intuitive to include these too. I noticed this when searching for “elem accelerate” and my Jungleflipper didn’t show because I have the SS turned off.

michangelion’s ss says that it kills the next monster in the enemy’s reinforcements but it doesn’t activate double bloodmania, it would make sense for it to activate it, right? Since it kills it or is it correct that it not activate it?
Same goes for Aethereon, it does not increase the number of kills it made, and propably it should stay like that.
