Yeah,tested with vpn yesterday.Battle was laggy. Now they blocked my 1000+ day old account in the name of cheating. Using vpn is cheating,I think.
Using VPN is not cheating. Playing the game on unknown apk with modded functions is.
I’m using original apk from playstore. How I will prove that? I purchased it on my old device when it was a paid game. Now I’m on a new device. I found it free on playstore & downloaded it again. Not shared my restore code to anyone.
Is this normal @Dev_VKC? After he used a zillion ss. The match froze for a while but the animation still worked, and I was suddenly in the pvp menu. I quickly checked the battle log, and our match was not recorded. a few seconds later there was a message to connect the match, but I couldn’t connect the match. A few moments later I tried checking the battle log again, and the match was recorded as having “lost”.
This experience happened last season when ranked. the same thing happened, I suddenly went to the pvp menu after zilion opponents used secret skills.
my theory for this bug, it seems like this happens when zilion uses ss and the second theory might be because of fyrielle. When Fyrielle turned, my match suddenly froze for a few moments (the animation didn’t move).

Game froze.
After successfully picking up the friend chest, pressed button to go to rare gem screen, it went like 10% into the page change animation and froze. Sparkle animations kept running, but nothing was tappable anymore.

@Dev_VKC I used soul exchange on a another nebel and it froze, then everyone started skipping turns (the animation is still frozen) to 400 seconds endlessly

I am sorry for the bug. This is the same issue @LogLordYuki reported.
We have released an update yesterday to fix this one and the offset filter button for certain devices.

Gatekeeper battles run on a different server. Please ensure you have a good internet connection.
@Dev_VKC there is a bug where a black screen appears when i unlock the ultra evolve event (it happened to me in valley of pyramids)
When i unlocked the event it went to black screen,here a useless screenshot!

that also happened to me a few days ago, I did exactly the same thing you describe, I picked up the daily chest and immediately switched to the rare gems banner and it gave me that image.

Ok not a bug but is anything wrong with servers again? It seems to be very slow for me, and no need to say my internet connection is very good.
