I have always encountered this problem every okkult… it usually occurs on ingredient rewards… when i try to get the reward, it says cannot connect to server but when i try to click the reward again, this message pops up:

We made some changes to our friend system. It should make every active player’s shared monster appear on the friend selection list fairly.
Please let us know if anyone still cannot get any friend request.

We checked and nothing particular. The issue happens when the connection failed.
We’ve made some changes to improve it, but we still suggest make sure you have stable connection when claiming the reward.

Thanks for the update and improvement… i never had problems with connection issues since i never get disconnected during pvp’s… i’ll try observing for my remaining case 1 rewards… Thanks again @Dev_VKC
Was playing pvp and firemoth did blazing metamorphosis and then the self destruct catapult move against mojinator which caused the game to freeze— it said it was still the poisonmoth’s turn, but it had self destructed and there were no more enemies—the moth had been the last monster on that team
