Lol whenever I read your post, it was about you moaning about how the game doesn’t work in your favor.
I know how upset it can be to get nothing out of packs that you rolled but frankly you should know there will always be risk of being unlucky yet you still gambled and when it didn’t paid off, you started complaining.

And if not my complaint is: you can’t reward a player that roll a pack without even a super epic, because it doesn’t reward the effort of getting the 40 gems

You’re right, you don’t have to watch them telling you that you should quit the game. That’s a step too far. However you can’t force people to give you the answers you want to hear, if he feels like all you do is complaining, then he is free to express his opinion as long as critizising you is not the only thing he’s doing and he is also contributing to the topic. Bagorah also answered your question. You were simply unlucky.
With your aggressive reply you set the tone for the rest of the discussion. So yeah, taking this into PMs would have been better but your behavior didn’t help the cause aswell.
Btw: You can also ask a mod via PM if you have questions like this. There’s nothing unusual with being unlucky and to open a whole thread about it seems to be a bit much. If everybody who got unlucky at some point would open a thread we would need a whole forum just for that
Ok look I apologize if I sound rude and offended you but the thing is you were like a crybaby who when didn’t get what he wants, started whining. Opening only a single pack and didn’t get anything is not a big deal, it is norm and you will get used to it if you started to roll more packs.
The probability of getting 10 epic eggs in a row is 0.7^10, which is 0.028(2.8%), or 1 in 35. Meaning you can expect 1 pack in every 35 you do to turn out like this. Faaaaar from impossible, nearly triple the odds of getting a mythic from a single egg in fact.
The odds are right there in the game for you to see, so it’s your responsibility to know what you’re doing when you spend those gems. It can be harsh, but that’s just rng for you. You can’t expect for things to never turn out badly.
I wasn’t, I just didn’t know u could get only rare monsters from a pack, as I wrote in the first post this was a first for me and very probably not the last. My bad for not reading all the odds.
