Does paid gems have higher chances of hatching legendary and mythic monster?
I never used paid gems before, but I believe, the benefits are on the guaranteed mythic bannners, and you pay 10 paid gems for a roll of 10 eggs instead of 40 free gems, once each banner.
The chances itself should be the same.

Guaranteed mythic banners use 20 paid gems

On anniversary, there’s usually a banner that gives a guaranteed mythic and 10x 6star tickets for 20 paid gems. It’s by far the best deal imo.

Legally, the chances always have to be displayed correctly so we can see the drop rates are the same.
As others have said, the benefit of paid gems is getting access to the occasional one-time banner that gives a guaranteed mythic as well as a one-time pack on each banner for 10 paid gems (much cheaper than later packs which you have to pay 40, whether it’s paid gems or free gems).
